If you no longer need your Wattbike hub app account, you can delete your account automatically by logging into the app or contact us directly to request manual deletion.

Deletion is permanent and locks your account while also erasing your session data. 

Deletion Steps

To delete your Wattbike Hub account through the hub app:  

1. Open your hub app and go to Settings
2. Go to Profile and scroll to 'Request account deletion'
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to delete your account. 

To request manual deletion, we will need your Hub account ID and Display Name: 

1. Open your hub app and go to Settings then Profile. 

2. Note your Hub account ID and Display Name. 

3. If you are no longer able to access your hub app account for this information, please confirm the email address used on the account. 

4. Contact us with the above information for manual account deletion.
