How to log a ticket from a commercial siteUpdated 3 hours ago
If you are a commercial site, please log a ticket through your commercial portal. This ensures that your request goes to the relevant team and allows us to respond to your enquiry much quicker.
Please see below:
- If you have a dedicated portal, please use this to log an issue rather than creating a support ticket.
- Alternatively, tickets can be logged by emailing [email protected], this prevents them ending up in the d2c pool (please do not use [email protected])
- If you need troubleshooting advice, you can book time in with one of our team here. Please book this when you know you will be with the bike on site
- When logging a ticket, please include as much information as possible. This includes: bike serial number, bike type, issues reported, warranty status (if known) and phone number of a contact on site
