How to log a ticket from a commercial siteUpdated 3 days ago
If you are a commercial site, please log a ticket through the commercial portal ([email protected]). This ensures that your request goes to the relevant team and allows us to respond to your enquiry quicker.
Please see below:
- If you have a dedicated portal such as Orbit, please use this to log an issue rather than emailing.
- Alternatively tickets can be logged by emailing [email protected], this prevents them ending up in the domestic users ticket pool (please do not use [email protected]).
- If you need troubleshooting advice, you can book time in with one of our team here. Please book this when you know you will be with the bike on site.
- When logging a support ticket, please include as much information as possible. This includes: bike serial number, bike type, issues reported, site address and name, email and phone number of a contact on site.
