Ordering Spare Parts
If you need a replacement part for your Wattbike, e.g: pedals, seat etc, please email us with your name, address, and the part you require at [email protected]
Making a Warranty Claim
All Wattbikes purchased in Australia come with a standard warranty. If you believe your bike has a fault covered by warranty:
- Take a photo or short video of the issue to help us understand the problem.
- Email the details to [email protected] with with the nature of the issue, and the serial number of the bike
- Our team will review your claim and get back to you with the next steps.
We’ll aim to resolve warranty claims as quickly as possible — often this means sending out the required part or arranging a repair.
