We want to make sure your Wattbike is always performing at its best. Whether you need a spare part, want to make a warranty claim, or would like to book a service, here’s how you can do it in Australia.


Ordering Spare Parts

If you need a replacement part for your Wattbike, e.g: pedals, seat etc, please email us with your name, address, and the part you require at [email protected]


Making a Warranty Claim

All Wattbikes purchased in Australia come with a standard warranty. If you believe your bike has a fault covered by warranty:

  1. Take a photo or short video of the issue to help us understand the problem.
  2. Email the details to [email protected] with with the nature of the issue, and the serial number of the bike
  3. Our team will review your claim and get back to you with the next steps.

We’ll aim to resolve warranty claims as quickly as possible — often this means sending out the required part or arranging a repair.

To keep your Wattbike in peak condition, we recommend regular servicing. Please email [email protected] with your full name, address and contact details, as well as the serial number of the bike
