Model B Bluetooth UpgradeUpdated 14 days ago

If you have an older Model B monitor which is not Bluetooth enabled, you can have it upgraded to Bluetooth. The cost of the upgrade is £95 and once we receive the monitor back at Wattbike HQ this will take approximately 7-10 working days to complete before being dispatched back to you. 

If you would like to upgrade your Model B monitor to Bluetooth, please book it here. We will require the following information:

• Serial number of the bike the monitor is connected to (this starts with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance)
• Serial number of the monitor (this starts with 250 and can be found on the rear of the monitor)
• Does the monitor have a push fit or screw fit connection where the red data cable connects into the back of the monitor?
• Contact name, number and email address
• Full address and postcode

Once your order/payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a second automated email containing the return instructions, including a 'Monitor Returns' form that you will need to complete. Please allow up to an hour for this email to arrive.
