If you have tried the available troubleshooters and your monitor still does not work, it may require a service. The monitor will need to be sent back to Wattbike HQ as our field service engineers are unable to repair monitors. A monitor service costs £95 and includes return postage. 

 

To discuss a monitor service/repair, please contact our Customer Services team here - we will need the following information:

  • Serial number of the bike the monitor is connected to (this starts with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance)
  • Serial number of the monitor (this starts with 250 and can be found on the rear of the monitor)
  • Does the monitor have a push fit or screw fit connection (see pictures below) where the red data cable connects into the back of the monitor?
  • Is the monitor Bluetooth enabled?
  • Contact name, number and email address
  • Full address and postcode

Once the order/payment has been processed, you will be provided with a 'Monitor Returns' form which you will need to complete and send back with your monitor. Please allow up to 48 working hours for this form to be emailed to you. 

 

Once we receive the monitor back at Wattbike HQ, this will take approximately 7-10 working days to complete before being dispatched back to you.
