If you have tried the available troubleshooters and your monitor still does not work, it may require a service. The monitor will need to be sent back to Wattbike HQ as our field service engineers are unable to repair monitors. A monitor service costs £120 and includes return postage.
To book a monitor service/repair, please follow the steps here - we will need the following information:
- Serial number of the bike the monitor is connected to (this starts with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance)
- Serial number of the monitor (this starts with 250 and can be found on the rear of the monitor)
- Does the monitor have a push fit or screw fit connection (see pictures below) where the red data cable connects into the back of the monitor?
- Is the monitor Bluetooth enabled?
- Contact name, contact number and email address
- Full address and postcode for the return of the monitor
Once your order/payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a second automated email containing the return instructions, including a 'Monitor Returns' form that you will need to complete. Please allow up to an hour for this email to arrive.
