Performance Touch Screen (PTS) Service/RepairUpdated a month ago

If you have tried the available troubleshooters and your monitor still does not work, it may require a service. The PTS will need to be sent back to Wattbike HQ as our service engineers do not repair monitors. A PTS monitor service costs £150 and includes return postage. 

 

To book a monitor service/repair, please follow the steps here - we will need the following information:

  • Serial number of the bike the unit is connected to (this starts with 290 or 300) 
  • Serial number of the monitor (this starts with 280 and can be found on the rear of the monitor
  • Contact name, number and email address
  • Full address and postcode

Once the order/payment has been processed, you will be sent a 'Monitor Returns' form which you will need to complete.

Once we receive the monitor back at Wattbike HQ, this will take approximately 8 weeks to complete before being dispatched back to you.
