Performance Touch Screen (PTS) Service/RepairUpdated 14 days ago
If you have tried the available troubleshooters and your monitor still does not work, it may require a service. The PTS will need to be sent back to Wattbike HQ as our service engineers do not repair monitors. A PTS monitor service costs £150 and includes return postage.
To book a monitor service/repair, please follow the steps here - we will need the following information:
- Serial number of the bike the unit is connected to (this starts with 290 or 300)
- Serial number of the monitor (this starts with 280 and can be found on the rear of the monitor
- Contact name, number and email address
- Full address and postcode
Once your order/payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Shortly afterwards, you will receive a second automated email containing the return instructions, including a 'Monitor Returns' form that you will need to complete. Please allow up to an hour for this email to arrive.
