QR code log in doesn't work, Bluetooth icon is greyUpdated 3 hours ago

  1. Please check that no other 3rd party apps are connected
  2. If there are, please close down any 3rd party apps and in advanced settings choose 'DISCONNECT BLUETOOTH DEVICES'

If Bluetooth is still showing grey

  1. Activate BLE on your device
  2. Allow the Wattbike Hub app to access the Camera in the device's Settings
  3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
  4. Click the centre circle to minimize our app
  5. Click the Settings app icon (within 5 seconds or Hub app will open again)
  6. Enable Bluetooth from the settings
