The Performance Touchscreen does not turn onUpdated 3 hours ago

  1. Ensure the power adapter is correctly plugged into the mains and turned on and avoid using an extension lead.
  2. The Performance Touchscreen will only receive power from the bike whilst it is turned on.
  3. If the Performance Touchscreen has turned off due to low battery, plug a micro USB cable into the underside of the screen and charge using a 5V power output source, for example, a smartphone mains plug.  It may take 6 hours before you can switch the screen on.
  4. To turn the Performance Touchscreen on hold down the on/off button for up to 10 seconds
  5. Once the screen has turned on, remove the Micro USB cable and check to confirm the screen is receiving charge through the mains power.
  6. To do this you will need to select the serial number in the top left-hand corner of the screen > scroll down to the 'Performance Touchscreen' heading and find 'battery'.  This will show "XX% Charging" if the screen is powered correctly.
