<li>Serial number of the bike(s) you require servicing. The serial number begins with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance</li>

<li>Contact name and telephone number</li>
<li>Any specific issues you are experiencing with the bike</li>
