How do I book a home service for my Wattbike Pro/Trainer?

If you wish to have your Wattbike Pro/Trainer serviced please contact the Distributor in your territory who will be able to assist further. The contact details are as follows:

The team will require the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address of where the bike is located
  • Serial number (this starts with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance)
  • Any specific issues you may be experiencing with the bike
