If your Wattbike Performance Monitor is not switching on please press the reset button on the back of the unit. You will need a small object such as a paperclip to do this.
Once you have done the above please charge the unit for at least 14 hours using the Wattbike charger which was provided with the bike upon purchase. If you have misplaced your charger or do not have one you can purchase one by contacting us here.
We do not recommend using an alternative charger e.g. Laptop charger as this can damage the circuit board of your unit.
If the above does not help please contact our Customer Services team - We will need the following information:
- Serial number of the bike the unit is connected to (this starts with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance)
- Does the WPM have a push fit or screw fit connection where the red data cable connects into the back of the unit?
- Is the unit Bluetooth enabled?
Once we have the above information we can look into this further for you.
