We recommended the following preventative maintenance steps for your Performance Monitor.
- Check the battery level on the Wattbike Performance Monitor. If the level is below 50% charge then use the mains power adapter supplied with the bike to charge for a period of 12-15 hours. We recommend that you do this every 1-2 weeks.
- Check your firmware version in the properties section. Compare to the latest firmware version at wattbike.com and update if necessary. Full instructions on how to update your firmware can be found here.
- If the monitor has frozen, then press the reset button (using a paperclip) on the back of the monitor and this will re-start your monitor. You will not lose any saved data when you do this.
- We suggest deleting saved data on your monitor on a monthly basis to ensure smooth running. To do this go to Main Menu > Recall > Old Workout Data > select MENU > Delete all workouts
