If you have tried the available troubleshooters and your monitor still does not work, it may require a service. The PTS will need to be sent back to Wattbike HQ as our service engineers do not repair monitors. A PTS monitor service costs £150 and includes return postage.
Please contact our Customer Services team here - we will need the following information:
- Serial number of the bike the unit is connected to (this starts with 290 or 300)
- Serial number of the monitor (this starts with 280 and can be found on the rear of the monitor
- Contact name, number and email address
- Full address and postcode
Once the order/payment has been processed, you will be provided with a 'Monitor Returns' form which you will need to complete and send back with your unit. Please allow up to 48 working hours for this form to be emailed to you.
Once we receive the monitor back at Wattbike HQ, this will take approximately 7-10 working days to complete before being dispatched back to you.
