If your Wattbike has a monitor (Pro/Trainer, Nucleus or AtomX); the monitor may occasionally require a repair.
There are several monitors and when it comes to repairs or upgrades, it is important to know which type you have. This guide should help.
Troubleshooting sections are available via the support section for each specific Wattbike. If these troubleshooters do not resolve the issue, the monitor may require a repair. If the bike or monitor is out of warranty, these repairs are chargeable. All monitor repairs are carried out at Wattbike HQ in Nottingham.
A full general service on the Wattbike does not include any monitor repairs. Should an engineer diagnose a monitor fault during a general service, there will be an additional charge and the monitor will need to be sent back to Wattbike HQ.
