For the issues affecting uploading of sessions to the hub.wattbike.com and Strava, we have a fix in place. New sessions are processing normally and the 15-20k backlog we could identify is now down to 0. Previous sessions should push through to Strava automatically but if you have any issues with this, you can manually upload by following these steps. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding throughout.

We apologise for the continued issue affecting the uploading of sessions to the hub.wattbike.com and Strava. This issue has affected ALL users of the Wattbike Hub App and is unfortunately a repeat of the critical failure from last week. It was reported into our app developers on Saturday and they have been working hard on a resolution since then.
Updates to this issue will be available here and via the pop-up on the hub app home screen. Due to the high volume of communications being received, we will not be able to advise further on specific session uploads.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we get this resolved.

While a large number of files have now been reprocessed, there has been a repeat of the processing issue for some users. We have decided not to continue with any reprocessing until this is resolved.
No data has been lost, and rides will be reprocessed as soon as possible.
We aim to continue the reprocessing and resolve the new upload issues early next week.

We are putting in place a mechanism to reprocess all of the part-processed sessions from the issues seen last weekend and early this week. We appreciate this is an inconvenience and apologise, but we are working hard to resolve this issue quickly.
17th Oct 2024
Over the last few days there has been an issue where Hub sessions are uploading, but not processing fully and so not being shared with third party apps such as Strava.
Data has not been lost, and new sessions are now processing fully. We are working on re-processing the backlog at which point sharing will be triggered. We hope to have the backlog fully processed in the next 12-24 hours.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this issue and the inconvenience caused, we are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
