Wattbike Servicing Options

General Home Service

We offer a home service for £198.00 - this includes the call out, labour, general service and replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear - your Wattbike will feel like it's very first ride.

The above price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a surcharge.

This service does not include any electrical issues such as replacement circuit boards or monitor servicing. Please see the options below.

Strain Gauge Servicing and Replacement

We offer a strain gauge replacement service for £290. This includes the collection and redelivery fee, the strain gauge, labour and recalibration of your Wattbike. No other components will be replaced within this service.

This service should only be booked and arranged following interaction and diagnosis of a strain gauge fault with our Technical Support Team. You can contact them at info@wattbike.com or 0115 945 5450. 

We endeavour to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the best of our ability remotely; however, there may be instances where initial diagnostics differ from those made in person by our trained engineers. In such cases, any logistical fees will still apply, but you will only be charged for the work and parts that are required.

General Service & Strain Gauge Replacement at Wattbike HQ

We offer a combination of the above services (General Service & Strain Gauge replacement) for £450. This includes the collection and redelivery fee, the strain gauge replacement & recalibration, general service including replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear - your Wattbike will feel like it's very first ride.

The above price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a logistics surcharge.

On occasion, this service may also incur an additional labour fee if your Wattbike is in poor condition. To prevent this, we suggest regular maintenance and cleaning and ensuring your Wattbike has been thoroughly cleaned prior to collection.

Wattbike Calibration

We offer an option to calibrate your bike for £50. This option would also need to include our Collection & Delivery Fee, as this can only be completed at Wattbike HQ.

Whilst this service can be booked without a General Service or (if required) a Strain Gauge service it is not recommended to do so. This is because bikes that fall out of calibration, often require a service as well.

Collection & Delivery Fee

Our standard collection and redelivery fee to Wattbike HQ is £102.*

There may be occasions when our Technical Support Team are unable to diagnose your fault remotely, in this case we will arrange for your Wattbike to be brought to Wattbike HQ for a quote. The only fee taken initially will be the Collection & Delivery Fee, after the bike has been diagnosed, you will be required to pay the General Service Fee, the Strain Gauge Replacement Fee or both fees combined.
