Wattbike Servicing at a Commercial Site

If you are a Commercial site that requires a Service or an Engineer visit please email service@wattbike.com with the following information:

• Serial number of the bike(s) you require servicing. The serial number begins with 220 and can be found on the bottom right hand side of the bike frame underneath the magnetic resistance
• Full site address
• Contact name and telephone number
• Any specific issues you are experiencing with the bike

Once our Customer Services team has the above information they can advise further on the best possible actions to take.
