- Please check that no other 3rd party apps are connected
- If there are, please close down any 3rd party apps and in advanced settings choose 'DISCONNECT BLUETOOTH DEVICES'
If Bluetooth is still showing grey
- Activate BLE on your device
- Allow the Wattbike Hub app to access the Camera in the device's Settings
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
- Click the centre circle to minimize our app
- Click the Settings app icon (within 5 seconds or Hub app will open again)
- Enable Bluetooth from the settings
