- Ensure the power adapter is correctly plugged into the mains and turned on and avoid using an extension lead.
- The Performance Touchscreen will only receive power from the bike whilst it is turned on.
- If the Performance Touchscreen has turned off due to low battery, plug a micro USB cable into the underside of the screen and charge using a 5V power output source, for example, a smartphone mains plug. It may take 6 hours before you can switch the screen on.
- To turn the Performance Touchscreen on hold down the on/off button for up to 10 seconds
- Once the screen has turned on, remove the Micro USB cable and check to confirm the screen is receiving charge through the mains power.
- To do this you will need to select the serial number in the top left-hand corner of the screen > scroll down to the 'Performance Touchscreen' heading and find 'battery'. This will show "XX% Charging" if the screen is powered correctly.
