The seat post on my Wattbike Atom keeps slipping

Please see the below steps for resolving issues with slipping and rocking seat posts on the Wattbike Atom.

1. Please ensure that the seat post lock lever has been fully tightened.
   
   
2. If this does not resolve the problem, please ensure you push the seat post forward towards the handlebars and tighten the lock lever fully.

If you continue to experience issues with the seat post, please contact us through our contact form and supply us with an image of your seat post as well as the serial number of your bike. Our Customer Service team will advise further and book an engineer visit if the problem cannot be resolved.
