Once you have been added to the waiting list, our customer service team will contact you when we are able to book your general service. |
We offer a home service for £198.00 - this includes the call out, labour, general service and replacement of wear and tear parts such as the drivetrain components and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear. A replacement power adapter is not included within this cost and would be additional. Your Wattbike will feel like its very first ride.
Please note this does not include any electrical issues such as replacement circuit boards.
If you wish to go ahead with a home service please contact us via the Contact Form and we can process an invoice for you. We will need the following information:
- Full name
- Full address
- Contact number Serial number of the bike in question - this begins with 261 and is found at the back of the bike next to the on/off switch.
- Any specific issues you may be experiencing with the bike
Once the payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Once logged, a local service agent in your region will contact you within 24-48 hours to organise a suitable date and time to attend.
Please note: For a smooth service experience, we kindly request that you clean your Wattbike before our service agents' arrival. Please be advised that our agents reserve the right to refuse service if the bike is not cleaned to a satisfactory level.
