Via the Mobile App:
- Navigate to Settings > Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and log out of the app
- Make sure an email address is entered and click the 'Forgotten Password' Link
Via the Web App (Hub Website):
If logged in:
- Click on the settings icon in the top right of the screen
- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Email me a password reset link'
If not logged in:
- Click on 'Log in' button
- Click 'Forgotten Your Password?'
- Enter your email and click 'Email me a password reset link'
