<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">If you are an experienced athlete or have a history in sports that involve explosive power such as rugby or sprinting, then we would suggest the high gearing would be most suited to your needs</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">If you are a lighter individual (80kg or less), looking to use the Wattbike for endurance training, or for weight management, then the standard would be more suitable</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box;">As a rough guide, an FTP of 325w or an MMP of 460w or above you may be better suited to the high version</li>
</ul>
All the above factors need to be considered when deciding which bike is most suited to you, no one factor above can be considered in isolation of the others.

The Wattbike Air-Pro internal generator provides power to the monitor when in use without mains power. However, we advise periodically charging the monitor for 8hrs with the USB-C cable provided and any regular USB_C fast charger every few weeks. If
