<ol><li>Check the website for the<a href="https://support.wattbike.com/en-GB/pts2-change-log-and-downloads-2477093" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">&#xA0;latest firmware updates</a> and follow the instructions to download the files onto a FAT32 formatted USB C memory stick.</li><li>Insert the memory stick into the USB C port at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions on screen<ul><li>You may need to remove the screen to access the port with a USB stick, or you can use a right angled adapter to make this easier</li></ul></li><li>The screen will update the app version first &#x2013; once this is completed, click close on that message and a new message will pop up to update the firmware version. Repeat the process for the firmware version.</li><li>Once this is completed, you can check that both versions have updated correctly by navigating to settings in the top right corner, then diagnostics. Here you will be able to see both the app version and firmware version and you can check these match the versions you&#x2019;ve downloaded.</li></ol>
