It&apos;s essential to keep records of all services and maintenance conducted by Wattbike. You must make these records available to Wattbike if requested whenever service, repair, or warranty work is required.</p><p>Please ensure that you keep your original order details in a safe place for future reference.</p><p>Wattbike reserves the right to inspect the product in the same condition it was in when the defect was discovered. Any defective parts, as described in this warranty, will be repaired or replaced by an authorised Wattbike Distributor, Service Agent, or at the Wattbike HQ Service Centre, at Wattbike Ltd&#x2019;s discretion.</p><h3 id="h_01JK89P968D3GGNZGAT1FNQ1VV">1. Warranty Coverage and Costs</h3><p>1.1. If the Wattbike needs to be repaired at our HQ Service Centre, Wattbike will cover collection and delivery costs up to the current standard charge each way. Modifications, repairs, or replacements that are not authorised by Wattbike Ltd will void the warranty. Wattbike reserves the right to refuse warranty service for any bike that has been modified in any way.<br>- We will accept customer changes to the following: saddle, handlebars (on Proton or Air models only), device holders, and bar tape. Failure to report a defect within this timeframe may result in Wattbike being unable to offer repair or replacement of the defective part.</p><p data-end="657" data-start="327">If Wattbike requests additional information, such as videos or other evidence to assess the defect, the customer must provide this information within <strong data-end="488" data-start="477">10 days</strong> of the original report. If the required details are not submitted within this period, Wattbike reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of the defective part.</p><p data-end="1058" data-start="659">The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the defect. If the customer fails to do so, or if follow-up details are not provided, Wattbike may refuse further warranty claims. Additionally, if the warranty period expires and the necessary information has not been provided, Wattbike reserves the right to charge the customer for any repairs related to the issue.</p><p>2.6. <strong>Excessive sweat damage will void your warranty</strong>. Wattbike will refuse the right to service or repair your bike if it is damaged as a result of excessive sweat exposure. It is your responsibility to clean, dry, and lubricate your Wattbike as per the maintenance guide to maintain its best condition.</p><p>2.7. Parts that naturally wear over time, such as chains, sprockets, touchpad, and felt, are excluded unless there is a manufacturing defect.</p><p>2.8. Other items not covered by the warranty include the saddle, paint, decals, and external seals where deterioration is caused by normal wear and tear, exposure, or improper maintenance.</p><p>2.9. The warranty will not cover defects that have not been reported to Wattbike within ten days of discovery.</p><p>2.10. Any services required to book an engineer for a firmware update, due to a significant lapse of time between the last update and the current request, will not be covered by Wattbike.
