How do I make a warranty claim?Updated 3 months ago

If you are having issues with your Wattbike and need to make a claim under warranty, please follow the below steps:

  1. Contact us using the "submit a request" option below and select ‘Service Requests’.
  2. When submitting your request, please provide us with the following information to speed up the process:
    • Full address where the Wattbike is located
    • Contact name/email
    • Contact number
    • Serial number of the Wattbike
    • Explanation of the issue you are experiencing
  3. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to advise whether you need a full service, or just a replacement part.

Please note, the above process only applies to domestic customers.
