How do I request a VAT receipt for my purchase?Updated a day ago

If you require a VAT receipt for your purchase, please contact us with the following information:

• Name
• Order Number
• Delivery Address

Once we have this information one of our agents will send you the receipt. Please allow 1-3 days for your request to be actioned.

Please note - a Sales Invoice/VAT receipt is sent automatically by our accounts team once the order has been fully completed and processed. This will usually be after dispatch/fulfilment.
