I am missing an item from my orderUpdated 4 days ago

Depending on your order, items may be dispatched separately.

 

If your order is made up of a combination of Wattbike and accessories, the accessories may be delivered separately due to stock locations. Accessories are sent via DX Express and bikes are delivered by BJS Home Delivery (Mainland UK only - other carriers may be used for non-mainland locations).

Please note that some accessories will be packed in the box with the bike. If you still need support, please contact us using the contact us page here with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Missing item & quantity

Once we receive the above information, please allow 2-3 working days whilst our team investigate further.
