My Atom keeps changing to Gear 1 or Gear 22Updated 4 hours ago

If your gear setting on the Wattbike Hub app is changing without your input, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue. 

• Check your grip on the shifter, sometimes having a tight grip on the hood can move the rubber hood meaning that this is now pressing against one of the underlying trigger buttons.
• Carefully remove the rubber hood from the shifter to see if this will stop the issue you are experiencing. 
• Whilst the rubber hoods are removed, wash them in a mild detergent (Washing up liquid) to remove any sweat/dirt. Ensure they are dry before reinstalling.
• Check the buttons to ensure they are not stuck and then carefully place the cover back onto the shifter, ensuring the pattern aligns correctly with the buttons.
