If session data is looking strange or incorrect on the Wattbike Hub please contact us with the following:

  • Is the data is correct in the History section of your app?
  • A link to the session on the Wattbike Hub e.g. hub.wattbike.com/session/123456
  • Is this the first time you have seen this?
  • An explanation of what is incorrect, please provide as much detail as possible
  • The model of phone or tablet you are using.
  • Any other information which you think may help, the more information we have the easier it will be to diagnose the issue.
