Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:
- The Goods must have been purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods must be returned in the original packaging, in their original and unused condition
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods which are not in their original packaging or if the packaging is damaged
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Should you wish to return an item or cancel your order, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Serial Number of the bike (if applicable)
- Contact details if these have changed since placing the order
Once we have these details, a member of our team will be in touch within 48 hours to advise on the next steps.
Please note that when returning accessories, we charge £5.50 to send the item back to us. Initial postage is also non-refundable
