All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Wattbikes: We offer free shipping on Wattbikes to Mainland UK. For other areas, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The lead time displayed on the website at point of order is for dispatch of the order to the courier. You will then be contacted by our specialist courier partner to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. Our specialist courier partner provides a 2-man, room of choice delivery service for your Wattbike.
Our Home Assembly Service is available to add to your Wattbike Proton or Air order for £69.95. This will include expert assembly, out of the box, of your new Wattbike in your room of choice by our couriers. This is not a bike fitting service - it's assembly only. Please note: your delivery & assembly team will not be able to take the packaging away with them, as this would void your ability to return the bike within the 30 day returns window.
The complimentary standard delivery from our internal team is 1 person/ground floor/threshold (front door).
If the standard delivery from our internal team is not suitable, alternative delivery arrangements may be sought for an additional fee.
Administrative fees may be charged if our internal team cannot complete a delivery where the requirements fall outside the complimentary standard delivery criteria.

If you are a resident of Ireland, The Channel Isles, Isle of Man, The Highlands, Scottish Offshore Islands, or Northern Ireland, your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please allow the below extensions of delivery lead times for the following regions:
- Ireland: 5-7 days
- Northern Ireland: 3-5 days
- Jersey, Guernsey: 3-5 days
- All other Channel Isles: 5-7 days
- Isle of Man: 3-5 days

In the event of a missed delivery, our couriers will attempt to contact you to book one redelivery slot. Subsequent missed deliveries will be charged a redelivery fee.

We offer £5.50 flat rate shipping to Mainland UK. For other areas, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
HQ Servicing Collections & Deliveries
The complimentary standard delivery from our internal team is 1 person/ground floor/threshold (front door) to the UK mainland excluding highlands and remote locations.
If the standard delivery from our internal team is not suitable, alternative delivery arrangements may be sought for an additional fee.
For customers located in remote areas or more than four hours from our Nottingham HQ, collection/return delivery of repaired bikes may take longer than standard. As an emissions-conscious company, we aim to consolidate deliveries in such regions to minimise environmental impact. If you require your bike to be returned more urgently, an expedited return service is available via a specialist courier for an additional surcharge. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more details or to arrange this service.
