Wattbike USA delivery:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

The lead time displayed on the website at point of order is for dispatch of the order to the courier. You will then be contacted by our specialist courier partner to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. 

Standard or boxed delivery is to threshold only.  If residing in an apartment, this is to the ground floor threshold or foyer. The delivery does not include going up or down steps to any apartment. If you were needing a delivery to a room of choice, this is available for an additional fee and can be selected at point of checkout (where further details are also available). 

If you cancel the order when the delivery has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be responsible for any delivery or return costs incurred by Wattbike.
