The price will be confirmed following diagnosis and an electronic invoice sent for payment pre-booking.&#xA0;The cost includes the call out, labour, general service and replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear.&#xA0; <h2 id="isPasted">Pricing</h2>All servicing is billed at a standard rate of $450. An additional dispatch fee of $55 will be applied for all parts shipments.&#xA0;Additional charges may also apply as follows:&#x2022; Out-of-area service: $55&#x2022; Additional shipping costs may apply for parts that fall outside of those required for a general service&#x2022; Saturday repair: $85&#x2022; Sunday repair: $115&#x2022; Holiday repair: $175&#x2022; NYC fee: $35 Parts will be shipped direct to your home address and tracking information shared with you and the service provider. They will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable date to complete the service/repair. TO BOOK YOUR WATTBIKE IN FOR A SERVICE PLEASE&#xA0;<a href="https://support.wattbike.com/en-GB/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">CONTACT OUR UK BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM</a> who will require the following details:<ul><li>Wattbike model &amp; serial number</li><li>Contact name &amp; number</li><li>Full address where the Wattbike is located</li><li>Details of any specific issues with the bike</li></ul> If you are not sure if your Wattbike needs a service, <a href="https://support.wattbike.com/en-GB/does-my-wattbike-need-a-service-2674397" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">please see this article</a> which provides further information. A general service does not include any electrical issues such as replacement circuit boards or monitor servicing. Additional charges may apply following further diagnosis.&#xA0; Please note, broken bottle cages are replaced as part of a standard service, provided that the screws are not damaged/corroded. Damaged screws will require drilling out and will result in an additional labour cost. Home servicing does not&#xA0;include replacement of rusted components, unless they are critical to the function of the bike.<h2 id="h_01JDMATAJRAVKEM9D6SZE2QDP0"> </h2>We endeavour to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the best of our ability remotely; however, there may be instances where initial diagnostics differ from those made in person by our trained engineers. In such cases, any logistical fees will still apply, but you will only be charged for the work and parts that are required.<h2 id="-1"> </h2><h2 id="h_01JDMAZD838W5440QNG3D1ET87">General Service Warranty</h2>All Wattbike service work is covered by a 90-day warranty on labour and any replacement parts supplied and fitted during the visit. After 90 days, this will become a parts only warranty. Each part holds a different warranty length, and any further labour or logistics required will be chargeable.&#xA0;<h2 id="-2"> </h2><h2 id="01JP4Y1JE0NT1QAX22TASG719Q">Important Information Regarding Service and Parts Policy</h2>We reserve the right to refuse the shipment of parts or the completion of a service at our discretion.
