What is boxed delivery in the UK?Updated a day ago

In mainland UK, a boxed delivery will be carried out by a two-person delivery team from one of our 3rd party courier partners. This is to a room of your choosing. You will be required to unpack the Wattbike and build it up yourself, instructions are included in your Quick Start Guide or via the support pages. 

Our specialist courier partner provides a 2-man, room of choice delivery service for your Wattbike. You will be contacted with a proposed date for delivery, via text or phone call, that you are able to confirm or reject. When an appropriate date has been arranged, you will receive as 3-hour slot the night before the date of delivery.

In Northern Ireland and Ireland,  we use Europa for palletised delivery. Europa deliveries are 1-man, and to your threshold only. Please note that if you have any steps up to your property, the driver may only be able to deliver to the bottom of the steps.
