- Contact us using the "submit a request" option below and select ‘Service Requests’.

When submitting your request, please provide us with the following information to speed up the process:
- Full address where the Wattbike is located
- Contact name/email
- Contact number
- Serial number of the Wattbike
- Explanation of the issue you are experiencing
- We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to advise whether you need a full service, or just a replacement part.
