If you're having trouble connecting to the Wattbike on your iOS device, this can sometimes happen upon an update or fresh install of the Hub app on an Apple device.
Please check the following:
- Device Settings > Wattbike > Allow Wattbike to access > Bluetooth > Enable.
To ensure the Wattbike isn't also connected to the device, check the following:
- Device Settings > Bluetooth > Does the Wattbike appear here? If Yes > Tap the blue 'i'' > 'Forget This Device'
