Serial numbers vary for each bike type and start with a 2 or a 3. Each bike type is listed below alongside further details of the serial numbers and where to find them. 

Pro/Trainer 

This starts with 220 and can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the metal Wattbike frame, underneath the magnetic resistance. 

Original Serbian Pro/Trainers - Serial Numbers between 22000001 - 22005000: Wattbike was first launched in 2008 with the original bikes produced in Serbia. It is over 10 years since we last produced a bike to this specification and we can no longer support servicing of this product.

First Generation Atom 

This starts with 260 and can be found on the back frame of the Atom where the adapter connects.

Next Generation Atom 

From 2020 up to April 2025, this starts with 261 and can be found on the back frame of the Atom. 

From April 2025 onwards, the serial number starts with 262. 

Nucleus or Icon

This starts with 290 and can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the metal frame, underneath the magnetic resistance.

AtomX 

This starts with 300 and can be found on the back frame of your AtomX.

Proton 

This starts with 320 and can be found on the main frame of the bike.

Air 

This starts with 330 and can be found on the fan housing on the left of the bike. 

Air Pro (2025 onwards)

This starts with 222 and can be found on the fan housing on the left of the bike. The PTS2 monitor serial number starts 340.
