<img src="https://attachments.gorgias.help/30BVo7vV31v7rvzm/hc/JEmYL2naAoN6oMgQ/2025112515-1d881a93-ac06-45c0-85a3-1d9de63c4b24-63b6e1e2-7e5b-4c2c-8660-76c3a661698c.jpeg" style="width: 286px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib"><ol id="isPasted"><li>This error message means that the connection between the&#xA0;main circuit board in the bike and the performance touchscreen (PTS2) has been severed and will prevent data being pushed through from the bike to the screen.</li><li>To rectify this, firstly, ensure the handlebars are set within the maximum height limit; use the lock lever to lower them if they are above this line.&#xA0;<img src="https://attachments.gorgias.help/30BVo7vV31v7rvzm/hc/JEmYL2naAoN6oMgQ/2025112516-da486784-86c1-45e7-b927-e99d3a54abc1-12159951-82ed-41e3-87f3-011373cd2d0a.jpeg" style="width: 156px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib">&apos;MAX&apos; should not be visible outside the frame</li><li>Carefully unplug the data cable from the back of the screen &#x2013; check both the cable and socket on the monitor for any damage, such as cable fraying or kinks, or broken or bent pins in the socket.&#xA0;<img src="https://attachments.gorgias.help/30BVo7vV31v7rvzm/hc/JEmYL2naAoN6oMgQ/2025112516-3ebb1edd-5fbf-44bb-ba81-df8d692abb4f-af327579-bf96-44dc-85b2-bccfee093e8c.jpeg" style="width: 164px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib">Pull cable head straight down gently to remove</li><li>Ensure the socket dongle is fitted securely to the screen with the 4 screws and is not flexing or wobbling; these can be tightened and replaced with a 2.5mm Allen Key. If any screws are missing, contact Wattbike customer service for replacements. &#xA0;<img src="https://attachments.gorgias.help/30BVo7vV31v7rvzm/hc/JEmYL2naAoN6oMgQ/2025112516-b57eb606-79a3-44c8-b34e-c3bfb7a3976c-66aba33d-0f7c-4a08-a2ba-7f808a28d994.jpeg" style="width: 163px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib"></li><li>Line the arrow on the end of the data cable up so it is facing you and carefully replace the cable, push it firmly upwards to ensure it is in place securely.</li><li>Reset the screen by pressing and holding the power button for around 5-10 seconds &#x2013; the screen will turn off and then reboot onto the Wattbike logo screen.</li><li>If the error message still shows, there is likely to be a fault with the input socket or data cable and a visit to site will need to be arranged &#x2013; please contact Wattbike customer service with the serial number of the bike and screen.</li></ol>

PTS2 Disconnected Error

Your AirPro touchscreen does not fully turn on and the Wattbike logo screen just flickers when you are pedalling
