How do I order spare parts and accessories for my Wattbike? (for customers outside of the UK)Updated 13 days ago

If you need to order spare parts or accessories for your Wattbike and are based outside of the UK, please have a look at our spare parts and accessories page.  Please note, we only offer external parts for sale and self service - all other components can only be obtained via a general service. 

Once you know what part you require, please contact us and we will see if it available for you to purchase. Please include the following information:

• Your full name
• Wattbike serial number
• The part you require (if you are not sure about the name of the part, please send us a photo and a description as this will speed up the process)
• Delivery and billing address
• Contact telephone number

A member of our team will contact you within 72 hours to process the order and discuss any warranty details.
