Tier 3 is best for high-mileage bikes, resale preparation, or owners who want their bike restored to as-new performance. This service is for you if:

• Sessions are 5+ times per week
• Typical ride times are 60 minutes+
• You want to restore your Wattbike to as-new performance

What's included:

• Includes everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus:
• Calibration
• Bike restoration to eliminate any noise, movement or looseness that may have developed over time, helping to restore your Wattbike to its optimal performance (replacement covers are excluded - an additional payment would be required to replace broken/damaged covers). If you are concerned about a particular component, please contact our team before booking. 
• Carried out at Wattbike HQ in Nottingham by our specialist engineers
• Maximises longevity, resale value, and performance confidence
• Current lead time is approx. 3-6 weeks turn around from the bike being received at Wattbike HQ in Nottingham

* Loan bikes are available FOC on request with Tier 3 services. However, these must be requested before booking to ensure availability and to help us minimise environmental impact with logistics. Like for like Wattbikes may not always be possible but we will try to match smart or air bikes. 

Outcome:

• Your Wattbike is restored to 'as new' performance.

What to Expect from Your Service

• A home service includes the call out, labour, and the service or replacement of any mechanical parts as dictated by your chosen service tier.
• The internal primary drive chain will be inspected and is likely to be replaced, as this ensures correct power measurement through the strain gauge.
• We aim to diagnose issues remotely where possible, but on-site assessment by a trained engineer may identify additional needs. If the bike needs to come back to Wattbike HQ, logistics fees still apply and you will only be charged for the work and parts required.

Please note, broken bottle cages are replaced as part of a standard service, provided that the screws are not damaged. Damaged screws will require drilling out, and will result in an additional labour cost.
