General Home Service
We offer a home service for all Wattbikes. The price will be confirmed following diagnosis and an electronic invoice sent for payment pre-booking. The cost includes the call out, labour, general service and replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear. Parts will be shipped direct to your home address and tracking information shared with the service provider. They will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable date to complete the service/repair.

This service does not include any electrical issues such as replacement circuit boards or monitor servicing. Additional charges may apply following further diagnosis.
Please note, broken bottle cages are replaced as part of a standard service, provided that the screws are not damaged. Damaged screws will require drilling out and will result in an additional labour cost. Home servicing does not include replacement of rusted components, unless they are critical to the function of the bike.
We endeavour to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the best of our ability remotely; however, there may be instances where initial diagnostics differ from those made in person by our trained engineers. In such cases, any logistical fees will still apply, but you will only be charged for the work and parts that are required.
General Service Warranty
All Wattbike service work is covered by a 90-day warranty on labour and any replacement parts supplied and fitted during the visit. After 90 days, this will become a parts only warranty. Each part holds a different warranty length, and any further labour or logistics required will be chargeable.
