Damaged screws will require drilling out, and will result in an additional labour cost. No other components will be replaced within this service.</p><p><strong>This service should only be booked and arranged following interaction and diagnosis of a strain gauge fault with our Technical Support Team. You can contact them at <a href="mailto:info@wattbike.com">info@wattbike.com</a>.&#xA0;</strong></p><p>We endeavour to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to the best of our ability remotely; however, there may be instances where initial diagnostics differ from those made in person by our trained engineers. This includes the collection and redelivery fee, the strain gauge replacement &amp; recalibration, general service including replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear - your Wattbike will feel like it&apos;s very first ride.</p><p>This service should only be booked and arranged following interaction and diagnosis of a strain gauge fault with our Technical Support Team. You can contact them at <a href="mailto:info@wattbike.com">info@wattbike.com</a>.</p><p>The above price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a logistics surcharge.</p><p>Our delivery and collection routes are planned 1 week in advance. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to collect your Wattbike and bring it back to our HQ for repair.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><p>On occasion, this service may also incur an additional labour fee if your Wattbike is in poor condition. This is because bikes that fall out of calibration, often require a service as well.</p><h2 id="-3"><br></h2><h2 id="h_01JDMB2FKP6C7TWEH5Y1JSEW58"><span style="color: rgb(209, 72, 65);">Collection &amp; Delivery Fee</span></h2><p>Our standard collection and redelivery fee to Wattbike HQ is &#xA3;102.*</p><p>There may be occasions when our Technical Support Team are unable to diagnose your fault remotely, in this case we will arrange for your Wattbike to be brought to Wattbike HQ for a quote. In such cases if the bike is required to be returned to our HQ for further repair, any logistical fees will still apply and you will only be charged for the work and parts that are required.</strong></li></ul><hr><h2 id="what-cannot-be-completed-on-site">What Cannot Be Completed On-Site</h2><ul><li><strong>Power accuracy checks</strong> for smart bikes and <strong>strain gauge recalibration</strong> cannot be performed on-site.
