How do I book a service?Updated 15 days ago

If you are in the UK and are a domestic customer, you can book your Wattbike service direct through our website.

We offer a home service for £198.00 - this includes the call out, labour, general service and replacement of any mechanical wear and tear parts such as lock levers, adjustment levers, chain etc. and other necessary parts if required or if they show substantial wear - your Wattbike will feel like it's very first ride. The above price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a surcharge.

Once payment is received, your request will be processed and assigned to your local service agent. They will contact you within 7 working days to arrange a suitable date and time directly with you.

Please note: For a smooth service experience, we kindly request that you clean your Wattbike before our service agents' arrival. Please be advised that our agents reserve the right to refuse service if the bike is not cleaned to a satisfactory level.
