If you are in the UK and are a home user, you can book your Wattbike service directly through our website.

A home service includes the call out, labour, and the service or replacement of any mechanical parts as dictated by your chosen service tier - see what's included in our service tiers here. If you are not sure if your Wattbike needs a service, please see this article which provides further information.

The stated price is only valid for mainland UK postcodes, some areas will incur a surcharge.

Once payment is received, your request will be processed and assigned to your local service agent. They will contact you within 7 working days to arrange a suitable date and time directly with you.
